Francheska Werner is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for Rare Disease at Natera since September 2025, Werner has previously held significant positions including Head of Provider Genomics at LetsGetChecked and Executive Vice President at OXFORD GENE TECHNOLOGY IP LIMITED. At Invitae, key roles included President of US Sales and Head of Eastern US Sales for Oncology and Reproductive Health.
