Kevin is a customer-focused and detail-oriented member of the IT team. Alongside his colleagues, he provides first-class IT support to Insource and its clients.

Working as an integral part of the service delivery team, Kevin’s day-to-day duties include supporting cloud systems, automating equipment and new user setups, and resolving complex software and hardware issues.

Kevin has over 20 years’ experience of technical support and computer repair and a passion for discovering the root problems and finding working solutions for clients.

Kevin has an Associate in Science degree from Southwestern Illinois College, Belleville, IL.
