Johannes Bertelsen

Johannes Bertelsen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist and Major Incident Manager at GN Group since April 2018. In this role, Johannes leads the IT Service Desk EMEA team while managing major incidents on a global scale.
