Keith Carter II, PSM I

Keith Carter II, PSM I have a diverse work experience in various industries. Keith started their career as a Squad Sergeant in Romeo Company in 2011 and later served as the 4th Battalion Religious Officer at The Citadel. In 2012, they joined the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Captain, leadership team member, and bassist. In 2014, they joined Fluor Corporation as a Control Systems Associate Design Engineer I, where they gained experience in engineering, design, and selection of instrumentation and control equipment. Keith progressed through the ranks, eventually becoming an Area Project Manager responsible for overall construction project management and a Control Systems Associate Design Engineer III handling the development of control systems in the pharmaceutical, power, composite materials, and food & beverage industries. In 2018, Keith became the Owner of Southern Property Dealers LLC. In 2020, they joined Valor Insurance Partners LLC as an Independent Insurance Broker, representing clients to multiple insurance carriers. Currently, Keith is working as a Project Manager - Solution Delivery at InSource Solutions, where they are responsible for integrating technologies, optimizing processes, and empowering people to drive successful outcomes in industrial environments.

Keith Carter II, PSM I, holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Keith also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Citadel. In addition, Keith obtained a minor in Business Administration from The Citadel. Alongside their formal education, they have earned several certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, an EIT Certification (Electrical) from NCEES, and an Insurance Producer certification from the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
