Viktoria Manukyan has held various positions in the technology sector since 2012. In 2012, they were a Mentor for PLAY (Promoting Leadership among Armenian youth). In 2013, they were a Summer Engineering Institute Project Assistant at the University of Vermont. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Student Researcher at Wolfram and a Research Assistant/Machine Learning Engineer at the University of Vermont. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Data Scientist at IBM and is currently a Chief Data Officer and Senior Data Scientist at InSpace Proximity. At IBM, their role included data processing pipeline design and development for hardware characterization, performing product development data analysis, experimental data analysis, and providing data-driven design feedback and reports. At InSpace Proximity, their role includes providing data science leadership to the product, sales, and marketing teams, building effective data pipelines, developing analytical frameworks, and performing variance analysis.
Viktoria Manukyan has a diverse education history. Viktoria obtained a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineer from Yerevan State University between 2012 and 2016. Viktoria then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Complex System and Data Science from the University of Vermont between 2016 and 2018. Viktoria has also obtained a number of certifications, including an IBM Volunteers Engagement Award from IBM in July 2021, an IBM Developer Jumpstart - Practitioner from IBM in December 2019, an IBM Machine Learning Essentials from IBM in January 2019, a Certificate of Excellece from Leadership School in January 2011, a Certificate of Achievement for Successful Completion of Bachelor Program in VLSI Design Specialization from Synopsys Armenia Educational Department in January 2015, and a Python for Data Science from IBM.
