Michaella Paonessa has been in the workforce since 2011. Michaella began their career as a Kennel Tech / Groomer at Pet Styles, where they worked until 2018. Michaella then moved on to St. Peter's Health Partners as a Registration Associate until 2019. After that, they joined New York State Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation as a Parks and Recreation Aide until 2021. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Success Manager at Inspect Point since 2022.

Michaella Paonessa has a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SUNY Schenectady County Community College. Michaella has also obtained two certifications, Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Salesforce Essential Training, from LinkedIn in April 2022.
