Jose Padilla

Jose Padilla is a highly qualified Special Inspector at Inspection Services, Inc. since August 2014, holding multiple ICC certifications including Spray Applied Fire Proofing, Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry, Prestressed Concrete, Commercial Building, and Soils Special Inspector.
