James J. Papagiannis is the Chief Compliance Officer at InspereX, a position held since October 2015. Prior to this role, James worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) from April 2003 to October 2015, serving as Examination Manager, Associate Principal Examiner, and Senior Examiner, where responsibilities included managing regulatory programs and conducting compliance audits for over 70 member firms. Earlier experience includes ownership and operation of Cuisine Express, Inc., and an internship as a Credit Risk Analyst at Daimler Chrysler. James holds an M.B.A. in International Finance & Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from DePaul University.
