Dean’s expertise also includes a tenure as Principal Consultant in Customer Relationship Management at Minnesota Management Consulting, where innovative strategies were developed to align business needs with technical solutions. With a diverse background spanning roles at renowned companies such as Medtronic, Synera Systems, and Acxiom, Dean holds an MBA from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from the University of Minnesota.
