Jill Silman Chapman

Jill Silman Chapman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Early Talent Programs at Insperity since April 2012, where responsibility includes creating and executing a comprehensive early talent strategy to enhance university relationships and campus recruiting initiatives. Previously held positions at Insperity include Sr. Performance Consultant and Manager of Recruiting Services. Jill is also a nationally recognized speaker on topics such as Workforce Planning and Talent Management, and serves as an instructor for Professional HR Development at the Institute for Human Resource Education at Rice University. Other career highlights include Vice President at Meador Staffing Services, President and Owner of AddaTemp, and various managerial roles in staffing firms. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University.
