Kathy Goodin-Mitchell

Kathy Goodin-Mitchell, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist at Insperity since September 2019, Kathy focuses on supporting clients to achieve success within their communities. Previous roles include Vice President and Director at Career Leverage Advisors, where Kathy provided HR consulting and career advising services, and Senior Director of Career and Business Services at Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind, where Kathy established a textile apprenticeship program. With a strong background in HR management from organizations such as the Promotional Products Association International and Schwarz Pharma, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
