Mireya Santos

Mireya Santos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as the General Manager of Service Operations at Insperity since July 2017, Mireya has held various leadership positions, including Director for both Retirement Services Plan Consulting and Service Operations. Prior experience includes US Benefits Manager at SCI, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing benefit plans and implementing Workday systems, and HR/Payroll Services Manager roles at Outsource Partners International and Aon Hewitt. Beginning a career at JPMorgan Chase, Mireya specialized in retirement services, managing call center projects and training programs. Mireya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Houston.
