Mahen Gawade

Mahen Gawade is an experienced professional in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), currently serving as the Business Head - IAM at Inspira Enterprise since January 2022, where Mahen oversees the global IAM business and its various practices. Prior to this role, Mahen founded AlGebra and successfully established multiple IAM practices while mentoring non-IAM candidates to become project leaders for international clients. With over a decade of experience at Saudi Business Machines as a Security Program Manager, Mahen executed IAM strategies for leading companies in Saudi Arabia. Earlier career roles included positions at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd. as Team Lead in Infrastructure Consulting Security, Technical Lead at Genpact, Security Analyst at VirStra i-Technology Services Limited, and System Engineer at Patni Computer Systems Limited, where Mahen contributed to the development and implementation of comprehensive IAM solutions. Mahen holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
