Robert Gillman

Robert Gillman serves as the Managing Director of Software Engineering at Inspira Financial, where responsibilities include leading the strategy and design of digital platforms to support growth in Retirement & Wealth and Health & Benefits. Previously, Robert held various senior roles at Allstate from 2004 to 2021, including Vice President of Enterprise Testing and Release Management, where oversight included software quality engineering and global team leadership. As Director of Claims Technology Services, Robert managed a $35M budget and the NextGen Claims Technology platform. Additional roles included Director of Business Solution Architecture and Senior Manager of Claims Architecture Services, focusing on strategic direction and technology transformations. Earlier in the career, Robert advanced through positions at Accenture, specializing in reusable software solutions for the insurance sector. Robert holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
