Tara Nair

Tara Nair is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Inspira Financial since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tara was an Associate in the Corporate department at Latham & Watkins from May 2021 to August 2023, where expertise included representing private equity sponsors and companies in various transactions while handling corporate governance matters. Tara also practiced as an Associate at DLA Piper from September 2016 to April 2021, focusing on corporate restructurings and Chapter 11 debtor representation. Earlier experience includes a spring legal internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and multiple summer positions at prominent law firms such as JONES DAY® and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Tara holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
