Debra Van Alfen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting from 2006, they worked as a Customer Service representative at Spark Networks until 2007. In 2010, they returned to Spark Networks as a Contractor for a short period. From 2010 to 2013, Debra worked at BambooHR, first as a Training and Education Specialist, responsible for help and training documentation, and conducting live webinars. Debra then moved on to become an Implementation Manager, overseeing client integration, training new hires, and managing customer accounts. In 2020, Debra joined The Home Depot as a Special Services Lead, where they supervised and trained Special Service Associates and ensured outstanding customer service. In 2021, they joined Sylvan Learning as a Director, where they led and managed the daily operations and experiences of the community Sylvan Centers, maximizing student enrollments and assisting with recruitment and training. Currently, Debra is an Enrollment Manager at Inspira Education, a position they began in 2022.
Debra Van Alfen began their education at Bingham High School, where they obtained their high school diploma from 1995 to 1998. In pursuit of further academic achievements, they attended Utah Valley University from 2001 to 2002, culminating in the completion of an Associate of Science degree in Psychology.
