Melissa Jones

Melissa Jones, CHPA, HS-BCP, CADC, currently serves as the Network Director of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program at Inspira Health Network, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Melissa was the Network Workplace Violence Program Manager at Bayhealth from May 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing and implementing a global workplace violence program and conducting safety rounds and risk assessments. Earlier in Melissa's career, from September 1996 to December 2017, Melissa worked as a Human Services Administrator at the Caroline County Department Of Social Services, overseeing staff workloads to ensure compliance with various case processing and performance goals. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History Teacher Education from Bridgewater College.
