Roxie J. Patton

Roxie J. Patton is an accomplished global speaker, consultant, and coach specializing in workplace belonging and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as the Director of Workplace Belonging at Inspira Health, Roxie also founded RJ Consulting & Coaching, where impactful sessions and strategies are delivered to enhance team potential through an inclusive excellence framework. Experience includes a DEI Manager role at Burlington Stores, Inc., where a significant cultural transformation was achieved, and as DEI Director at Rowan University, overseeing a $1.3 million budget and a 34-member team. Roxie's background includes key positions at William & Mary and the University of Florida, where innovative training programs were developed, including allyship certification and Safe Zone training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Dance from Wittenberg University and a Master’s in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Wright State University.
