Inspiration for All

Inspiration For All matches school leaders and business leaders in unique peer-mentoring partnerships that create fresh perspectives, enhance leadership skills and drive social mobility. We give busy head and deputy head teachers much-needed one-to-one opportunities for professional development. And we help business leaders have a tangible impact in schools through reciprocal, empathetic relationships with school leaders. Our Inspiring Partnerships widen outlooks and improve outcomes. Over nine monthly sessions, participants witness first-hand the value of leadership in different contexts. School leaders benefit from invaluable time and space to reflect on their leadership journey. And business leaders learn through gaining unique insights into teachers’ and students’ experiences. So far (October 2024) we have worked with over 20 businesses including KPMG, EY, Linklaters, AXA XL and WTW to create 300 partnerships in 50 local authorities and multi-academy trusts serving the poorest postcodes, reaching over 120000 students with an average of 39% on free school meals. And it works. Almost nine in 10 participants believe they have developed as leaders. Three out of every four school leaders say they are now more likely to stay in their roles. And every business leader has become a vocal advocate for social mobility in their organisation. Most importantly, because we focus on schools in deprived areas, school leaders and their students with the greatest challenges benefit the most. And better school leaders today mean better chances for students to become the business leaders of tomorrow.
