Katie McHale

Katie McHale has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple healthcare organizations. Katie started their career in 2006 as a Children's Staff Nurse at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where they worked until 2010. Katie then moved on to Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, where they worked as a Neonatal Nurse from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they joined Martin House Children's Hospice as a Care Team Nurse, where they worked from 2012 to 2017. Katie then worked as a Children's Community Case Coordinator at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from 2017 to 2018. Katie'smost recent experience is at Inspiration Healthcare, where they held multiple roles such as a Product Support Specialist from 2018 to 2020, a Micrel Team Leader from 2020 to 2021, and a Business Unit Manager - Infusion Therapy from 2021 to 2023. Katie currently holds the position of Vice President - Infusion Therapy and Homecare at Inspiration Healthcare.

Katie McHale earned a postgraduate diploma in Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visiting from Leeds Beckett University in 2015-2017. Prior to that, they obtained an advanced diploma in children's nursing from the University of Leeds in 2003-2006.
