Andrea Kline

Andrea Kline has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, starting their career in 2011 with a rotational training internship program at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Andrea then went on to work as a hospitality intern at The Walt Disney Company in 2012. In 2013, they joined Interstate Hotels & Resorts as a front desk representative and at your service agent.

From 2013 to 2015, Andrea worked at Marriott International, where they held positions such as event management administrative assistant and event coordinator. Andrea was responsible for planning and managing multiple events and room blocks simultaneously, providing personalized and detailed service to each client. Andrea demonstrated exceptional skills in various applications such as PeopleSoft, Meeting Matrix, MICROS, OnDemand, and Oracle.

In 2015, Andrea joined Inspirato and took on roles such as travel services specialist and hotel operations analyst. Andrea later became a hotel operations lead and then a manager in hotel operations. Focusing on hotel operations, Andrea displayed strong analytical and leadership skills.

Most recently, in 2022, Andrea returned to Inspirato as the director of hotel operations. Their extensive experience in the hospitality industry and their previous roles have prepared their for this leadership position.

Andrea Kline obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2013.
