Joseph Heintz

Joseph "Joe" Heintz, LSSBB, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Food Safety for Inspire Brands, overseeing food safety initiatives for Arby’s and Jimmy John’s since May 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph held key positions at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC, focusing on quality, regulatory, and food safety from 2018 to 2021, and spent more than a decade at The Coca-Cola Company, culminating as Director of Quality, Food Safety, Life Safety, and Environment. In this capacity, Joseph was instrumental in developing comprehensive operating requirements for food safety that impacted thousands of suppliers and manufacturing facilities. Joseph's earlier experience includes roles in project management and quality assurance at Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company, as well as a foundational tenure as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the United States Navy. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from California State University, Los Angeles.
