Lance Clark is an experienced operations leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Team Director at Chipotle Mexican Grill since January 2018. As the Founder and Regional Vice President of Greater Atlanta Area Restaurant Operations Leaders from 2016 to the present, Lance is actively engaged in networking, industry research, and discussions. Prior to these roles, Lance held various positions at The Krystal Company, overseeing operations for numerous restaurants and managing sizable teams, while also focusing on training and development. Lance's extensive background includes significant contributions to Arby's Restaurant Group, where responsibilities spanned training consultation, franchise support, and project leadership in new concept development. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Beaton, Inc. and Hardees Food System, further showcasing a strong track record in driving operational success and employee development.
