Leonid Parfenov

Leonid Parfenov, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Systems Analyst for Corporate Supply Chain at Inspire Brands since October 2023, overseeing the ArrowStream platform for several restaurant brands including Sonic. Prior to this role, Parfenov worked as a Retail Technology Analyst at Dunkin', managing the Point of Sale Database for over 13,500 locations and configuring sales features. Experience also includes serving as a Technical Implementation Expert at the Russian School of Mathematics, implementing a new Virtual Classroom Portal, and working as a Retail Systems Technician at Rochester Institute of Technology, supporting various Point of Sale and inventory systems. Additional roles include Data Operations for the Batavia Muckdogs, specializing in real-time data entry, and serving as an Advanced Mathematics Educator with a strong foundational background in mathematics and education. Parfenov holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, with a minor in Game and Interactive Media Design, both from Rochester Institute of Technology.
