Marcy Setter

Marcy Setter is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Technology at Inspire since August 2019. In this role, Marcy oversees the hardware, operating systems, security, deployment, and software applications for Point of Sale systems across approximately 9,500 Dunkin' and Baskin locations. Prior to joining Inspire, Marcy held significant positions at Dunkin' Brands, including IT Store Systems Architect and IT Solutions Manager, managing the Oracle Simphony POS Enterprise Solution. Marcy's career includes a strong foundation at Oracle as a Retail Application Engineer and Technical Consultant, along with roles at MICROS Systems Inc., Preferred Solutions, Tek Systems, and Frank's Nursery & Crafts, where a diverse range of responsibilities in technical support and systems administration were undertaken. Marcy's educational background includes studies at Schoolcraft College from 1995 to 1998.
