Mark Schurk

Mark Schurk is an experienced professional in equipment innovation and research and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Equipment Innovation and R&D at Inspire Brands. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of Equipment, Smallwares, and New Technology at Buffalo Wild Wings and worked as a New Restaurant Opening Corporate Operation Specialist and Manager within the same organization. Earlier in Mark's career, management roles were held at Minskey's Pizza. Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1997 and 2001.
