Ryan van Sickle

Ryan Van Sickle serves as the Director of Development Communications at Inspire since April 2020, where responsibilities include crafting effective messaging to position Inspire Brands as the Franchisor of Choice. Prior experience includes holding the role of Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Planning at Inspire, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency across various foundational functions. From January 2012 to April 2020, Ryan worked at North Point Partners as the Director of Operations, overseeing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and a team handling finance and IT tasks. Additionally, Ryan contributed as a consultant, providing strategy and systems consulting to C-Suite executives, which resulted in significant growth for partner organizations. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Park University.
