Sarah Young

Sarah Young serves as the Vice Principal of Student & Staff Experience at Inspire Education Group since August 2021, contributing significantly to curriculum design and quality improvement. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Stamford College, where Sarah oversaw curriculum management, student experience, and development within the Further Education sector. With a strong foundation in management gained from diverse positions at TUI, Sarah has been involved in driving sales performance and enhancing customer journeys in the travel industry. Academically, Sarah holds multiple qualifications, including an MBA in Senior Leadership from the University of Lincoln and various degrees in Leadership and Education.
