Shinhwan Jo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort since April 2022, Shinhwan previously held the position of Senior HR Manager at Collab Asia, Inc. and worked as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Paradise City Casino & Resort from 2015 to 2022, which is recognized as Northeast Asia's first integrated resort. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Specialist for the Fulbright Association and an Academy Specialist for the Korea Tourism Organization. Shinhwan's military service includes time as an Administrative Clerk Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Tourism Management and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, both from Sejong University, along with an English as a Second Language course at Northern Virginia Community College.
