Ama A. Hooks has extensive work experience in HR and consulting roles. Ama is currently working as the Practice Lead for Diversity, Inclusion, Culture, and Equity (DICE) and a Senior HR Business Consultant at HR Knowledge Source. In this role, they specialize in creating customized HR solutions for small to medium-sized companies. Prior to their current position, Ama worked as a Human Resources Consultant/SMC Lead at HR Knowledge Source. Ama has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Inspire Human Resources and as a Senior Consultant at Human Capital Consultants Consortium. In addition to their formal education, Ama has also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in March 2022.
