Anusha Lakshmanan has four years of work experience in the Human Resources field. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a People and Talent Associate for BCG Digital Ventures. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an HR Generalist and Associate HR Officer for VisionGroup Corporation.

Anusha Lakshmanan studied Human Resource Management with a Minor in Sociology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from 2015 to 2020. Anusha then continued their studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Singapore Polytechnic from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, Anusha Lakshmanan obtained a Coaching certification from GoMasterCoach in October 2020 and a Success with Presentations certification from the British Council in August 2020.
