Judy Freides has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation consulting. Judy currently works as an HR Consultant at Inspire Human Resources, starting in April 2019. Prior to this role, Judy was the Director of Global Employee Compensation at BD from April 2017 to December 2018. Judy also held the position of Senior Director of Broad-Based Compensation at Johnson Controls from September 2016 to March 2017, and at Tyco from April 2014 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, Judy worked as the Director of Global Compensation at Honeywell from September 2003 to September 2011. Judy gained experience as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates from 2001 to 2003, and at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 1996 to 1999.

Judy Freides obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Tufts University, completing their studies from 1987 to 1991. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Human Resources at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
