Rafael Pérez has a diverse work history spanning over 20 years in HR management. Rafael started as an HR Analyst at Lockheed Martin in 1997 before moving to Nestlé Waters, where they served as both Area HR Manager and National HR Manager. At American Express, Rafael held various roles as VP, HR Business Partner, and HR Director & Relationship Leader. Rafael then served as Chief People Officer at Analytic Partners before joining Consumer Reports as their Chief HR & DEI Officer. Rafael also founded Blue Grid Partners and currently serves as their Founder & Principal. Rafael'smost recent role has been as a Human Resources Consultant at Inspire Human Resources.
Rafael Pérez obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Rafael later pursued an Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, specializing in Change Leadership. Additionally, they have completed numerous certifications on various leadership, management, and human resources topics from institutions such as Cornell University ILR School and LinkedIn, dating back to June 2019.
