Helen Ranson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mental health, education governance, and business management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including The Station House Community Cafe and Inspire Partnership Multi Academy Trust, Ranson also holds positions as a Non-Executive Trustee for The Learning for Life Partnership and a Local Authority Governor at St Bedes Catholic Primary School. With a long-standing role at St Luke's Cheshire Hospice as a Counsellor, Ranson provides bereavement support and spiritual care. As the Founder of Surviving Me, Ranson specialized in psychotherapy and coaching for both executive and private clients, focusing on mental clarity and trauma management. Additionally, Ranson has extensive experience as a Mental Health Facilitator in the Workplace at Oakleigh House Consulting Ltd and previously served as General Manager at Caldo Oils Limited, where significant business growth was achieved. Educationally, Ranson holds a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Law & Politics/Humanities from Alliance Manchester Business School.
