Kierstin Karlsrud

Kierstin Karlsrud is a Design and Education Coordinator at Ideacom Mid-America since October 2020, specializing in programming design architecture and customer care for technology solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a server at SMACK SHACK, bartender at Burger Dive with Bright Red, District Health and Wellness Coordinator and paraprofessional at Minnesota Internship Center Charter School, and AmeriCorps Promise Fellow with Minnesota Alliance With Youth. Kierstin also served as a barista for Sodexo and worked as a college and career advocate at the same charter school, where support was provided to young adults in pursuing higher education and professional career development. Early career experience includes serving as a lifeguard at the University of Minnesota Aquatics Center. Kierstin holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2017.
