Lance Bonner

Lance Bonner currently serves as Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Assistant Secretary at Inspire Medical Systems since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lance held positions at Pentair, including Associate General Counsel for M&A and Securities and Associate General Counsel for M&A, leading corporate legal matters such as mergers, acquisitions, securities compliance, and corporate governance. At Faegre Drinker, Lance represented a variety of companies in strategic transactions across multiple industries, while earlier experience at Lindquist & Vennum focused on business litigation and corporate transactions. Lance began a legal career as a law clerk for Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) with honors from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Politics & Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
