Maile Matsui Vasoli

Maile Matsui Vasoli is a highly experienced engineering manager with a strong background in developing embedded software for Class III medical devices, evidenced by roles at Inspire Medical Systems and Medtronic. At Inspire Medical Systems, Maile currently serves as Algorithms Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of engineers focused on critical medical technologies. During a 12-year tenure at Medtronic, Maile transitioned from Engineering Manager to Senior Engineering Manager, leading teams responsible for the development, testing, and quality assurance of implanted neuro-stimulators and drug delivery devices. Prior experience includes firmware leadership at PMC-Sierra, project management at Hitachi GST, and performance analysis at IBM. Maile holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Colorado State University and multiple degrees in mathematics and education from the University of Minnesota.
