Dezera Berisha

Dezera Berisha has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Dezera started their career in 2013 as a Staff Manager at Adventure Bound Camping Resorts. In 2015, they joined MIK Agency as a Key Account & Administration Manager. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Administration and Finance Manager at The Cambridge School. Dezera then joined The HeadHunter Group in 2020 and served as a Senior International Headhunting Expert until 2021. In 2017, they also began working at The HeadHunter Karriera LLC, where they held the positions of Human Resources Specialist and later became the Human Resources Recruitment Manager until September 2021. Currently, they are employed at Inspire11 as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Dezera Berisha received their Bachelor's degree in Management and IT from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" from 2011 to 2015. They then pursued a Master's degree in Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Business & Technology from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Dezera obtained certifications in Performance-Based Hiring and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2019, as well as the European Computer Driving Licence from Expik in 2012.
