Allison Holzer is a Master Certified Coach with a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Allison Holzer, is the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at InspireCorps, where they focus on partnering with organizations to activate and sustain inspiration within individuals, teams, and culture. Allison's expertise lies in experiential learning and instructional design, which drives InspireCorps' innovative approaches to delivering smart and sustainable inspiration to leaders, teams, and organizations.

Prior to InspireCorps, Allison worked as a Leadership and Executive Coach, Trainer, and Consultant for various organizations starting in 2005. Their passion for coaching was ignited during their first coach certification training in 2003, leading their to pursue a career in coaching which they have been dedicated to ever since.

Allison also held the position of Principal Design, Research, and Strategy Officer at Star Factor Coaching, where they co-designed a research-based emotional intelligence coaching certification process and training program for educational leaders. Allison Holzer, provided strategic thinking and counsel on scaling the organization through operational infrastructure, systems, and business development.

In their role as the Director of Coaching and Training at RULER Group, Allison worked closely with Dr. Marc Brackett, Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. Allison Holzer, trained, managed, and supervised a team of RULER Group trainers to provide emotional intelligence training to school leaders and teachers worldwide.

At Yale University, Allison served as a Coaching Program Coordinator at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. In this role, they co-designed and managed a coaching program for school leaders and educators rooted in emotional intelligence theory. Additionally, they developed content and application tools for the social and emotional learning program called The RULER Approach and co-authored a curriculum called the Feeling Words Curriculum for K-2 students.

Earlier in their career, Allison worked as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research, focusing on the research and development of resources for middle and secondary education teachers, with a particular emphasis in Special Education.

Allison's work experience also includes being a faculty member at the Washington Studio School and a Teaching Assistant at American University. Allison Holzer, began their career as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research, where they continued to work as an intern during their summers in graduate school.

Allison Holzer, Master Certified Coach, has a comprehensive education background. Allison Holzer, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Learning and a minor in Art History from Dartmouth College from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued higher education at American University, where they completed a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Master of Fine Arts in Art from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Allison has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Allison Holzer, became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute in November 2007. Allison Holzer, also received the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation in August 2020, indicating their advanced proficiency in coaching.

Furthermore, Allison has acquired several certification and assessment credentials over the years. These include being a Shift Positive 360 Certified professional from Change Positive LLC since January 2021, a WBENC Certification (Certified Women Owned Business) from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council since January 2018, and certifications in assessments like Quality of Life Inventory (QOLI) from Pearson Assessments in November 2011 and M.S.C.E.I.T. (Mayer, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test) from MHS in September 2011. Allison Holzer, also holds certifications in the Pro-D Assessment from TAI Incorporated since June 2009, the Strong Interest Inventory from CPP since January 2007, and the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Inventory) from CPP since August 2006.
