Allison also held the position of Principal Design, Research, and Strategy Officer at Star Factor Coaching, where they co-designed a research-based emotional intelligence coaching certification process and training program for educational leaders. In their role as the Director of Coaching and Training at RULER Group, Allison worked closely with Dr. Marc Brackett, Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence.
