Jen Grace Baron

Jen Grace Baron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at InspireCorpsCo since October 2012. With a strong background that includes key roles at renowned companies such as eBay, Hewlett Packard, and Johnson & Johnson, Jen has developed a passion for fostering inspiration within leaders, teams, and organizational cultures to drive growth. Previous positions include Partner at Stratam, Senior Consultant at Yale University School of Management, and Director of Organization Learning and Development at Johnson & Johnson Biopharmaceuticals, where significant contributions included the creation of a leadership accelerator. Jen holds a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.
