As the President of Karen Senteio Consulting, Karen specializes in courageous leadership. Karen serves as a Senior Consulting Partner and Executive Coach at InspireCorps, focusing on enhancing clients' performance through self-awareness and authentic leadership. Additionally, Karen is actively involved in board roles with Community Partners in Action and RE-Center, and has contributed to multiple initiatives in leadership development and human resources throughout her career, including a significant tenure at The Hartford.
