Sandra Spataro has extensive experience in academia and organizational consulting. Sandra began their career in 1988 as an Organizational Change Consultant at Oracle Corporation. Sandra then transitioned into academia, working as an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Yale School of Management from 2000 to 2005. Sandra furthered their academic career at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations from 2005 to 2010. Sandra also worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2010 to 2011. Currently, Sandra is employed at Northern Kentucky University as a Professor of Management, where they focus on educating undergraduate, MBA students, and executives, as well as leading program and curriculum development. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at InspireCorps, where they leverage their academic rigor and Silicon Valley experience to create innovative, high-impact development plans to drive sustainable inspiration for leaders, teams, and organizations.

Sandra Spataro has a strong educational background in business and organizational behavior. From 1995 to 2000, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they obtained a PhD in Business with a focus on Organizational Behavior. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1988, they studied at Stanford University and received a BA and MA in Economics and Sociology.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sandra Spataro has also acquired several certifications. In January 2018, they obtained WBENC Certification, which recognizes their business as being women-owned. Sandra also holds the Shift Positive 360 Certified certification from Change Positive llc, obtained in October 2021. Lastly, they obtained the ESCI certification from Korn Ferry in August 2017.
