Natalie Heseltine MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Natalie currently holds the position of HR Director at Inspired PLC since April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner at the same company.

Natalie Heseltine MCIPD completed a Master's degree in International Human Resources at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD between 2016 and 2018. In 2013 to 2015, Natalie pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Furthermore, they earned a Level 5 Diploma/Foundation Degree in Human Resource Management from CIPD through DPG in 2012 to 2013, and a Level 3 Certificate in HR from Blackburn University - CIPD in 2011 to 2012.
