Vas Spaseski

Vas Spaseski is a senior urban designer with over fifteen years of experience in subdivision and urban design. Vas has an intimate knowledge and understanding of urban and subdivision design and is at the forefront of contemporary design practices. Vas's specialist expertise includes master and structure planning, subdivision design, urban design and preparation of detailed area plans. Vas has been intimately involved in many of the most recognised planning designs in WA during the past decade, including Ellenbrook New Town, Rouse Hill Regional Centre, Yanchep Coastal New Town, Hope Island Resort, Point Grey Integrated Tourist and Residential Estate, Jindalee Coastal Village, Laverton Integrated Mixed Use Development, Rowethorpe Retirement Village, Murdoch University Campus Master Plan, Belvidere West, Leda Transit Oriented Village, Banksia Grove Integrated Mixed Use Community, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Lancelin Coastal Villages, Princeton Estate, Iluka Coastal Village, Mariners Cove Estate.

Vas Spaseski graduated from Curtin University with a degree in urban design and town planning.
