James Cobb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership roles within the property and defense sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director and Chief Customer Officer at Inspired Villages since March 2023, James has previously held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at the same company from January 2015 to December 2023. James has extensive experience in the retirement property industry, having been Managing Director at Retirement Property Options Ltd and CEO and Founder at RPO Holding Ltd from July 2009 to January 2018, as well as Director at Richmond Villages from July 2007 to July 2009. Earlier in their career, James was CEO and Founder of The Lakes Caribbean Ltd from 2001 to 2006 and served as a Major in the British Army from 1987 to 1996. James Cobb holds a BEng Hons 2:1 in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Vehicle Technology from Cranfield University.
