Thodeti Sricharan

Thodeti Sricharan has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Thodeti began their career at Allsec Technologies Limited as an SME, where they worked as a Floor Supervisor and assisted Process Associates and Escalation Teams. Thodeti also participated in activities such as preparing Quality Audit Reports, Client Management, and SLA Management.

In 2011, Sricharan joined iSpace as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they documented processes and methodologies, provided management with decision-making information, and facilitated quality improvement efforts.

From 2013 to 2016, Sricharan worked at NuNet3 as a Team Lead, where they handled various responsibilities such as resolving team issues and coordinating with stakeholders.

Sricharan then joined 3iL as a Business Lead from 2016 to 2018 and took on multiple roles as the company transitioned from services to products. Thodeti demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in playing different roles according to the situation.

In 2018, Sricharan joined Plutus India as an Operations Manager, where they managed off-site and on-site teams, handled budgeting for multiple projects, and coordinated with various teams to meet client requirements.

Currently, Sricharan is working at Inspiredge IT Solutions. Thodeti started as a Manager Presales & Projects in 2020 and engaged in core pre-sales activities, including proposal documentation, data analysis, and project management. In 2021, they were promoted to Practice Head, Solutions Consulting, and in 2022, they became an Associate Vice President.
