Caitlin Burke, DNP, BA, RN, NE-BC, HN-BC, LSSGB-HC

Caitlin Burke, DNP, BA, RN, HN-BC, LSSGB-HC has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Caitlin currently holds the position of Director, Customer Success at Inspiren, where they joined in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Implementation Specialist at the same company starting April 2022.

From 2013 to 2022, Caitlin worked at Valley Health System, where they held various roles. Caitlin started as a Staff Registered Nurse in March 2013 and later became a Clinical Practice Specialist in September 2015, working closely with the Education Department to onboard new nursing staff. In September 2016, they transitioned to the role of Clinical Practice Supervisor, overseeing the clinical practice in the organization. Finally, from May 2018 to April 2022, they served as a Manager for Orthopedics, leading and mentoring a team of 42 employees and also acting as an interim manager during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to that, they served as an RN at Inova Health System from July 2010 to June 2011. Caitlin started their nursing career at Barnabas Health, where they worked as an RN from June 2009 to June 2010.
