Jasmin Gordon has a wealth of experience in customer service and retail management. Jasmin began their career in 2010 as a Retail Sales Assistant/2IC at Alannah Hill, where they were promoted to Concession Manager in 2011. In the same year, they also took on the role of At Home Consultant at The Body Shop. In 2013, Jasmin became a Store Manager at Ed Harry and a Retail Assistant/2IC at Saba. Jasmin then moved to kikki.K in 2014, where they took on the role of Store Manager. In 2021, Jasmin began working at the State Library of Queensland as a Visitor Services employee, where they were responsible for roster management, metadata management, and event co-ordination. Most recently, in 2022, Jasmin became a Customer Success Manager at iNSPIRETEK.
Jasmin Gordon has an extensive educational background beginning with their attendance at Bega High School from 2004 to 2009. Jasmin then went on to obtain a Certificate II in Office Essentials from the Asia Pacific Training Institute in 2014. Following that, they achieved a Statement of Attainment from the National Retail Institute in 2015 for both Build Relationships with Customers and Recommend Specialised Products and Services. In 2018, they completed a Professional Retail Management Course with The Friedman Group. Most recently, in 2020, they earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Upskilled. Additionally, Jasmin has obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn, covering topics such as How Leaders Can Motivate Others by Creating Meaning, Body Language for Women, Customer Service Foundations, Decoding Body Language, Human Resources Foundations, Reaching Out of Your Comfort Zone, and Writing a Research Paper.
