Andrew Smith has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as a Center Manager at South Staffordshire District Council. In 2004, they became a Shift Manager at Sainsbury's, and in 2006 they began working at Parkwood Leisure as a Duty Manager. Andrew eventually worked their way up to Center Manager, and then back to Duty Manager. In 2017, Andrew Smith joined Inspiring healthy lifestyles as an Assistant Manager and was later promoted to Senior Operations Manager (Compliance).
Andrew Smith attended Wolgarston High School from 1984 to 1987.
