Greg Barker has over 18 years of experience in the field of ICT. Greg started their career in 2003 as an ICT Business Centre Manager at Dixons Stores Group, where they worked until 2007. Greg then joined Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust as an ICT Support Officer, providing technical support to staff and conducting site visits for equipment installation and fault rectification.

In 2009, Greg joined WLCT as an ICT Senior Systems Administrator, responsible for supporting and developing over 50 ICT systems, including finance, HR, payroll, library, and event management systems. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the ICT Senior Systems Administrator & Service Desk Manager, overseeing ICT service delivery and managing an ITIL based service desk and staff.

Greg's most recent role is Head of ICT at Inspiring healthy lifestyles, which they started in April 2021. In this position, they have strategic and operational responsibility for all ICT systems, procurement, projects, and service delivery.
